The point is to emphasise how gid an idea it is, when able of course, to alter yir sleeping pattern to make the most of nighttime MS.

At 20 past 7 I was a 5, now, half an hour fae my check point, I'm a 6.5☑️🦉
If I wasn't out of calcium I reckon a 7.
