What lots don't realise is K2 mk7 IS the chemical signpost to send Calcium to bones. People supplement for their bone health but they truly are risking death, without it.

The. Stinky Pinky.

I've just lost my left pinky finger after an infection, that required it to be amputated. In the period of five days, it started to desheath its skin, drip puss, smell bad, and scare the weans. This cocci infection( new to me) knocked ten bells out of me. I've only just stopped the oral Anti Biotics, meaning this blog could happen. While being eternally thankful for our NHS, I sussed how under pressure the staff there, are. I am now really thankful that it wasn't my thumb!
